• Rooibos, a naturally caffeine-free plant, celebrated for its antioxidant properties and smooth, slightly sweet taste.
• Orange peel, adding a touch of citrus freshness, perfectly complementing the rooibos with a refreshing aroma and digestive benefits.

Preparation Methods

Standard:

• For a teapot (1 litre): Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of loose leaves.
• For a cup (240 ml): Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose leaves.
• Steep time: 4 to 6 minutes.

Pro:
You can always enjoy your infusions using the standard preparation method, simple and effective. However, if you want to go further and extract the best flavour, aroma, and properties from your tea, this PRO method is for you!

• Water temperature: 95 °C – Rooibos requires high temperatures to release its rich, slightly sweet flavour. Orange peel also responds well to this temperature.
• Steep time: 6–8 minutes – This duration ensures that the beneficial compounds in rooibos, such as antioxidants, are fully extracted without the flavours from the orange peel becoming overpowering.
• Proportion: 1–2 teaspoons per 240 ml or 1–2 tablespoons per 1 litre.
